WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All items are carefully packed and well protected to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that an item arrives to you damaged, please email us @ sales@vintagewingswaxboutique.com as soon as the item arrives with a description of the damage and a photo and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
Refunds are only processed where an item is damaged and we are unable to offer a replacement.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO REACH ME?
We process orders Monday - Friday and aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days, ship all items via DPD which is usually within 48 hours after dispatch
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping is set at a flat rate of £5.49
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Currently we only ship to mainland UK, it is possible to ship to The Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Ireland however shipping costs are far greater, so please if you would like an order to any of these destinations feel free to contact us for a quote using our email sales@vintagewingswaxboutique.com We are working on other destinations
DO YOU OFFER GIFT DELIVERY SERVICE?
Yes, we will send gift orders with no price information on, please add this on the notes section of the shopping cart
DO YOU DELIVER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES WITHIN ONE ORDER?
Unfortunately all orders that are required to be sent to different addresses need to be processed separately
ARE YOU CLP COMPLIANT?
Yes, all CLP information can be found on the website and is attached to all of our items
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR VEGANS?
All our products are vegan friendly, our supplies are sourced ethically and free from animal cruelty
WHAT WAX DO YOU USE?
We use natural soy wax
HOW DO I USE MY WAX MELT?
Our wax melts can be used in both electric warmers and tea light wax warmers. For safety reasons you must only use UNSCENTED tea lights in tea light wax warmers. Add as little or as much of the wax melt as you like. Electric wax warmers will give a more subtle aroma than a tea light wax warmer due to the difference in heat source. Never leave your wax warmers unattended
WHY IS THE WAX IN MY CANDLE DISCOLOURING AFTER USE?
This is a natural occurrence due to the nature of the natural wax, wicks and fragrance oils used. This does not affect the quality or hinder the performance of the candle in any way. For safety reasons NEVER leave a candle unattended at any time
DO YOU SELL UNSCENTED CANDLES?
Yes, we sell all candle vessels in an unscented version, please select this option in the drop down menu of each product
